I'm BAAACCCCKKKK!!!! It's good to be back home. Spent the better parts of last week sleeping, watching recorded TV (yea, new DVR!!!) , eating (eating, EATING!!), and job hunting. Finally made a decision though - started work today at Sander A. Kessler and Associates, an insurance brokage. VERY good stuff. Love the people, Lots to learn, Living the working life.

   just wanted to give a proper farewell to my "child", Puppy (he's acutally a chinchilla :) I gave him to a good friend for safe-keeping since I've become incapable of caring for him (he makes me sniffle :( The good part is that he'll have a girlfriend now and have many many babies - WOW, i just realized I've arranged a marriage for my baby! well, at least I know where he is and I can check up on him once in a while.

I finally remembered why i was so anti-xanga... or any other internet-form of human contact (ie: AIM)... it's soooooo impersonal!!! first of all, for those who know me KNOW me, know that when i talk, a lot of the conversation is based on my facial expressions and the way my voice level/tone changes. Hence, me expressing my thoughts on this thing is not REALLY expressing my thoughts because i'm sooo much more than words. No one really gets my sarcasm or they take it the wrong way when it's posted. AND the bottom line is, i can't keep  up with the things that goes on in my life - not that i'm lazy or i'm not keeping track of it - it's just that there's SOOO much going on in a very complex web i call life and relationships.

Either way, here’s a quick update for those who are too lazy to call me (*hint hint*) :

-          Graduated on June 18 and 20, 2005 (yes, I went to my departmental graduation and APIG) from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BS in Biochemistry. BUT I’m still doing summer school to finish up some remaining units

-          My brother got engaged a couple months ago to his college sweetheart, Jackie. The wedding’s set for July 22, 2006 in Long Beach at the Reef. I’m the 10^th bridesmaid (yea for me – sarcasm).

-          I’m heading off to tour Asia September 18, 2005. Probably be back in a month or so, depending on how my job hunt goes.

-          I’m job hunting ACTIVELY right now, since my whole San Diego plan fell through due to my emergency plan of attending summer school. SO, if you know ANY openings… I will and am capable of doing MOST things. All I'm asking for is to be on someone’s payroll and medical insurance. thanks!

-          I won $200 in Vegas for the 4^th of July, and spent it on an acoustic guitar that I’m diligently learning how to play (it keeps me out of trouble)

Those are the major things that are going on.  I’m going to hold off talking about my Love life … just cause it’s in the process and I don’t want to jinx it.
